DOT Physical

Thank you for booking your DOT Physical with Growing Roots Chiropractic. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork prior to visit time and please bring all necessary prescription drug lists and waivers necessary to complete your exam. Exams are $100 and payment will be taken prior to appointment.

Dr. KC dall’Amore, an acupuncturist rooted in both traditional and modern expertise, lives in Waseca, Minnesota. Inspired by her family member’s practice of healing through QiGong in Taiwan, she pursued a Doctorate in Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating in 2019. Currently, Dr. KC is passionately working towards an ABORM certification for fertility acupuncture, aiming to become one of the few certified specialists in the state. With a dedication to alleviating pain, migraines, and complex cases, she combines her acupuncture skills with a curiosity for learning and a real drive and love to connect with people. She believes that healing comes first through connection. In her spare time, she loves playing broomball and video games. Dr. KC’s holistic approach and commitment to her patients makes her a true guide for helping to support healing.
